Hi there! I’m Sarah, the founder of Myko, and I created this mushroom matcha blend with the goal of helping you feel amazing every single day!

The idea for Myko sparked during my college days. Back then, I struggled with severe insomnia and anxiety, and my go-to solution was heavy coffee consumption. A naturopath suggested I switch to matcha coffee for its lower caffeine content and jitter-free, sustained energy. She also introduced me to the incredible benefits of functional mushrooms for mental and physical health.

The change was remarkable—I felt incredible. However, the taste of the drink was a different story. Every mushroom-based drink I tried was either unpalatable or packed with artificial ingredients and loads of sugar.

This led to an epiphany: there needed to be a delicious, healthy mushroom matcha option. A drink that’s free from sugar, gluten, and dairy but still packed with all the good stuff. And thus, Myko was born.

I love my coffee, especially in the mornings, but I wanted a more clear and healthy start to the day. I've always wanted to like matcha, but it was always too bitter for me. This matcha does not have any bitterness to it, and it tastes so so good! I just add 8oz of hot water to the 1tsp of matcha plus a dash of milk, and it's perfect. I don't have to add any honey or agave at all! It's perfect the way it is. I have noticed that my mornings are more focused and energized, and I look forward to drinking it every morning! With a toddler running around, it's become my staple boost (both energy and immune), and I will now be ordering this through their monthly subscription!

Wonderful Matcha

I am OBSESSED with this Mushroom Matcha!

I love matcha, but this mushroom matcha is my go-to and I absolutely love it! It's the perfect blend and not too sweet, I just mix w/ oat milk and we'r good to go!
